Product: HP officejet pro 9012e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer, unboxed it and got the error 0W_4XX_0WSWS00001 when I try to activate HP+ after the creation of my account.

 

I check on your support page with the serial number and white the printer box is a 9012e like it's indicates on the printer itself, you sort page say it's a 9015e...

 

I'd like to register to hp+ then to ink and it's impossible at the moment.

 

Worst : your support page says the printer has only 9 months of guarantee left when it's suppose to be 2years + 1yrs with hp+.

 

Please I need a quick assistance for this issue.
