The printer is not printing on the wireless network. I receive an error message; Built-in network capabilities have been disabled - contact Network Admin.
Please help me solve this issue.
Thank you so much.

Hi! @DeeDee2017, Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues, with help from the community!
I understand you are getting error Built In Network Capabilities have been disabled on your printer.
Don't worry I'd like to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
As you mentioned you are getting error Built-In Network Capabilities have been disabled on your printer.
Try restoring the network to defaults on your printer and check if it helps.
1. Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, and then touch Network. Touch Restore
Network Defaults, and then select Yes. A message appears stating that the
network defaults have been restored.
2. Touch (right arrow), touch Setup, select Reports and then select Print
Network Configuration Page to print the network configuration page and verify
that the network settings have been reset.
If the issue still persists try performing a semi full reset on your printer and check if it helps.
Since the steps to perform semi full reset is confidential, I will send you the steps in a private message.
Please watch your inbox for more information.

Hi!
I've a Officejet Pro 8620 and I've the same problem.
I already tried to turn off and rest the printer by setup configuration, but the situation is the same.
Could you tell me how to reset the printer and turn on again the wi-fi (and wired) ethernet connection?
Thanks,
Andrex

Have a HP ofice Pro x476dw mfp pcl6 which gives me a error "built in network capabilities have been disabled. also says contact your network administrator or the person who set up the printer. I saw your previous help to users. I have tried all without success It also says that if this does not work you could send a semi full reset steps in a private message. My network guy saying that it may be best to get rid of this and lease another competitor printer. I have money and additional extra ink already invested in this machine. It usually works well. Recently this happened?
Can you Please help me.
Thank you Dr. Juan Rodriguez
