I recently reached out to HP through chat because my printer was not printing and the gentleman asked if he could get on my laptop remotely which was fine and I didn't think anything about it because it's HP, he looked at a couple of things and said that I had some bad files on my computer but he could connect me with a company called Business Express and they could take the bad files off my computer. It cost me $604 which I paid on line and the problem was resolved and I could print again. I went to my email last week to look for the receipt he had emailed me because I had a question and the entire email is gone. I recently read it online that this is a scam. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what has HP done about it?
