Product: HP Pro 8600 Plus

Does anyone know how to bypass the setup cartridges? The cartridges we have installed are HP 950/951 XLs & they don’t work. Thanks in advance.

I see that you have already tried reaching the support menu to perform a reset but failed. The only solution to this issue is to perform an OOB reset.

If you are not able to access the support menu, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
