Product: HP Envy Pro 6455
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

We accidentally threw away our starter cartridges for our new HP Envy Pro 6455 and now can’t setup our printer. Is there any way to bypass the starter ink and just setup using ink we purchased? Please help we have tried everything! This is a brand new printer that we received for Christmas.

Hi @Shelby1991,

 

We would have to perform an OOBE reset on the printer to bypass the error

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
