Hi,
From File Exploer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup into the address bar and press Enter.
Delete the Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the Non-Existing printer and the error should no longer appear.

Good morning and thank you for your support, i found that Ink Monitor file and deleted it, but it has taken the start up notice from coming up when i logged back in, BUT THE SOUND IS STILL MAKING a ding sound every 20 seconds and its annoying as it keeps going while you are trying to even listen to a song you tube any program with sound. do you know of a way to remove that sound, i have restated 3 times but not gone

morning 

i Have Deleted the Ink Monitor from start up but my computer is still making the DING sound every 20 seconds, i have even attached a blue tooth  speaker and the sound still does it through that. doesn't matter how many ways i try it wont go away, i tried resetting my computer but that came back as unable to do this at this time. I'm ready to throw it away and get another brand of computer. can anyone help please.
