Product: Photosmart C410
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a Photosmart C410 that I've attempted to uninstall and then reinsall it.  Every time I try and run the most current software I'm only presented with "EXIT" as an option.  This printer does not appear in Devices and Printer.

 

I've looked for some type of scrubber progam to remove any trace of this printer that I can't see through normal Windows device screens.

 

Using Windows 10.

Hi,

A such occuors as a result of using an older software which is not ntended for Windows 10.

 

Download and install the following software for your printer:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/COL34152/mp-109793-3/PS_AIO_07_C410_140_408-5.exe

Is there a download for the officejet 4500 wireless.  Same issue.  My laptop crashed and I went to reinstall the printer and only option is EXIT.
