Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I HAVE TRIED EVEREVERYTHING SUGGESTED TO GET THE PRINTER ONLINE. I HAVE TURNED THE INTERNET, COMPUTER and PRINTER OFF AND ON AGAIN 40 TIMES,  THE INTERNET CONNECTION IS GOOD AND THE PRINTER IS ON. YET ON THE COMPUTER IT IS OFFLINE. I Have TRIED EVERYTHING OVER AND OVER. I'M READY TO PUT IT ALL IN THE TRASH!!!!
