CANNOT UNINSTALL THE SOFTWARE - WHAT PASSWORD IS IT ASKING FOR?

I AM TRYING TO UNINSTALL THE SOFTWARE TO START AGAIN...WHAT PASSWORD AM I SUPPOSED TOBE REMEMBERING HERE?

 

2 YEAR PRINTER WORKED LAST WEEK NOW NOTHING
