I NEED SOME SUPPORT TO DOWNLOAD THE HP SOFTWARE TO MY LAPTOP .NOT SURE WHAT IT IS  MY PRINTER IS NOT CONNECTING TO LAPTOP EVEN THOUGH THE  INTERNET IS ON

To assist you better, what model printer are you using?

Refer to this document to know how to find the Product Name or Product Number.

Are you trying to connect it to a Win PC or a Mac?

Do you have a personal wireless router?

I am having the same issue. My HP Envy 4527 all in one printer/scanner is up and running, but every time I try and add it to my HP Envy laptop a message eventually comes up saying 'Driver is unavailable'.

When I run a search for an updated driver, Windows says 'the driver cannot be installed because it is either not digitally signed or not signed in the appropriate manner'. It tells me to contact HP, but I only have the (pretty useless) bot to 'speak' to and that's no help at all.
