I don't understand why, since macOS Catalina was launched and till today, HP, didn't develop a driver for CP1025nw printer.
I have a useless printer. What solutions do I have to print? Thank you.

Hi @CrB53
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
- Have you tried installing the printer using AirPrint driver?
- How is the printer connected to the MAC?
Check for any software updates on MAC
Click the Apple icon > About This Mac > Software Update and install any available update.
Install the printer using AirPrint driver.
Refer to this document to know how to install the printer on the MAC.
If the issue persists, you may use the Guten print drivers to install the printer as there are no drivers available for this model printer to work on macOS 10.15 Catalina.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I've been reading threads from Mac OS Catalina / HP CP1025nw owners for the last two hours. So confusing. HP support seems to offer a dozen solutions, none of which seem to work. Kumar 0307 from HP says "AirPrint is supported." I've tried all solutions, none work. AirPrint is (apparently) not supported. Seems the problem is the interface between the older HP 32 bit and the newer Mac OS 64 bit systems. Gutenberg doesn't work. No "work arounds" work. I can't print wirelessly (Bonjour doesn't work.) All I get are "filter" problems. (32 to 64 bit incompatibility). The printer is "old" but not "that" old. It works with my other Mac (not Catalina). There has to be a way to support us HP laser printer lovers.
Is the only way forward to make us purchase a new HP product? I'll definitely select Epson or anything else but HP if that's the corporate response...
So frustrating.

There are no drivers available for this model printer to work on macOS 10.15 on the HP Support site. If you have already tried using the Gutenprint drivers and still the printer does not work, unfortunately, there is no other workaround.
Keep me posted.
