I just got my new HP printer in the mail. I was wondering if I can delay the free ink offer until my old HP DeskJet 4155e printer is out of ink (around Mar 1, 2024). Can I call in then and begin my new ink and to ask any questions about setting it up? Thanks!

Hi @doctorcheck ,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
No free Ink offer cannot be delayed, you have to opt for it within 7 days of printer purchase,

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Hi Gaya1239! Thanks for your answer! I have so much ink left for my HP DeskJet4155e that I need to use it first. Oh well, I'll just use that ink up and then set up my new HP printer that I just got...and go from there.
