Hi,

 

The folder named: HP_LaserJet_400_MFP_M425 appearred on my C Drive after installing the software for my LJ Pro 400 MFP. It appears to be an installation folder. Can I safely delete it?

i think this is just the files that has been extracted during the installation.If you delete these from the c drive it should still work.Delete the files and restart  the computer and make sure everything is working.Then you can empty the recycle bin.Hope this will  help.

Hi Copier-Pro,

 

Thanks for the quick response! I deleted the folder, rebooted and ran  some  tests using HP Print And Scan Doctor. Both, print and scan tests were successful.
