Can I set up this printer without WIFI. I only have a hotspot.  No WIFI access where I live.

Hi,

You cannot connect a printer using an HotSpot, however you may connect your mobile device to the printer using Wi-Fi Direct:

To enable Wi-Fi Direct for your printer, press the Wireless and Resume buttons, to locate its name and password press the Information (i) button to print a report, see page 25 of its user guide:
