Hi @RSDS
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Yes, you can print 6x9 envelopes using the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e, but the settings for this size may not be immediately obvious. Here’s a guide to help you set it up:
1. Load the Envelopes in the Printer
First, make sure you're loading the 6x9 envelopes into the right paper tray. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e has a main paper tray and an output tray, and it supports a variety of media sizes.
- Open the input tray (where you normally load regular letter-sized paper).
- Adjust the paper width guides so they fit snugly around the 6x9 envelopes (with the short side of the envelope being 6 inches wide and the long side being 9 inches).
- Load the envelopes with the flap side down and the opening of the envelope facing toward the printer (so the print side is up).
2. Set the Correct Paper Size in Printer Settings (on the Printer)
Before printing, you need to set the 6x9 envelope size in your printer settings.
- On the printer control panel, go to the Settings (gear icon).
- Navigate to Paper Handling or Paper Settings.
- Look for an option called Paper Size or Paper Type. It will usually be under the Paper Setup or Tray Setup.
- Select Custom or Create Custom Size, if 6x9 isn’t an available preset size.
- Enter the width as 6 inches and the height as 9 inches.
- Save your settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
