Hi @JAPhillips,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, you can print on legal size paper using the HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series printer. To load legal size paper, follow these steps.

Prepare the Paper Tray:

  • Open the paper tray by pulling it out from the printer.

Adjust the Paper Guides:

  • You’ll see two paper guides inside the tray. Adjust these guides to the legal paper size by sliding them outward.

Load the Paper:

  • Place the legal size paper (8.5 x 14 inches) into the tray. Make sure the paper is aligned properly and not overfilled.

Adjust the Paper Guides Again:

  • Slide the paper guides back in until they fit snugly against the edges of the paper. This helps prevent paper jams.

Set the Paper Size on the Printer:

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to the settings menu and select the paper size option. Choose "Legal" as the paper size for the tray you just loaded.

Update Your Print Settings:

  • When sending a print job, make sure to select "Legal" as the paper size in your print settings on your computer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
