Hello,

Half a dozen.  6x now.

i have started and got to the end of the long process of trying to put the latest Easy Start Drives on to my system.

This Driver was released recently on 27th October 2023.

The whole process involves a lot of button clicking and waiting and makes you sign into your Account to complete!

It takes at least 20 minutes to get it all done and I have 6x.  Only, right at the end to be confronted with the message 'Something went Wrong'.

It just won't complete, so I have this Easy Start.

I got onto this as about 2 weeks ago, the printer cut out and I started to have Communications issues, with the Printer being super hard to connect again and then falling Asleep!  My Printer keeps falling Asleep?!

Going back two weeks coincided with the release of this new HP Easy Start Driver of 27/10/23.

I can only conclude that the considerable and regular troubles I have had, are a result of this new Driver, a) not having it installed and b) failing to Install it??

My Printer now operates intermittently, when it feels like it?!  At least it works a bit!

However, has anyone else had these issues and how to you finally get this Driver installed?

Have other People been stumped and stopped right at the end with the 'Something Went Wrong' message?

Surely Hewlett Packard can ensure Software and Drivers go on to Devices easier and smoother than this?

I'm having nothing but a Very Difficult Start with HP Easy Start?!
