Can anyone please provide me the dll of the the HP laserJet Pro M202dw to monitor its status in app?

I have HP laserJet Pro M202dw printer and i am developing printer health monitor. I need to know the status of printer like out of paper, out of ink  etc and display it in my web application.  Can any one provide me the dll of the  HP laserJet Pro M202dw printer?

If it can be done other ways how can it be done please provide me the resources.
