Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

How do I reset my printer settings? It has had the message "This feature has been locked by your administrator" for a long time . It is an air printer and I need to change my wireless password. I have tried the unplug/replug hard reset which had no effect.

I have found a previous post where the HP admin have privately told the person how to do a semi-hard reset. I have found one instruction ' press the backarrow 3x or 4x' but my printer screen does not have the option to do that.  Please help thank you
