Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M252dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Can no longer access printer tools (e.g. printer density) by double clicking the printer icon and I don't know a another way to access it.  I first shut down the computer and the printer then restarted both. I then reinstalled the software for the printer and still nothing.
