Can someone help please. I own an HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911n printer. I have been having issues with Eprinting and I need this while working from home. I connect via VPN and can not connect the printer directly to my computer because the entire family uses it. The printer is hard wired via ethernet cable and has access to the network. I am using google DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 with a static IP address. I have forwarded the following ports through my Xfinity router 80, 443, 5222 and 5223. The Eprinting feature has worked in the past and over the last few months it has failed to work. The ONLY change that has been made was changing to gigabit connection through xfinity. I have done a reset of the printer and still have had no luck enabling web services. I have changed the hpeprinting email for the machine. No luck enabling web services. Is this product still capable of hpeprinting or is the HPeprinitng server no longer working? Thank you all in advance for you help with this issue. Hopefully the hive mind will come up with a solution that does not include purchasing a new printer.
🙂

@knw6593, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printers - Cannot Connect to Web Services and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
