When I push the 'i' button then all the lights light up and I need to push the button with the arrow down. Nothing happens when it should print a page with a code on?

Hi, I am using a ENVY 6030. From a desktop computer, wireless. It seems to be working ok having not completed the set up but when I set it up on my iPad and iPhone it appears ok but I can not print from either of them. It comes up with the correct printer and I am able to push print and it appears to print but nothing prints. There is no document on the desktop queue. If I go into the app it will print ‘network configuration page’.

Let us try these steps:
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on the iOS devices
Refer to this document to know how to print from the iOS devices - HP printer setup (Apple AirPrint for iPhone, iPad)
