Laserjet Pro M12a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded the driver from the HP side.
I launch the installation in Administrator Mode. Launches unpacking. Going all right. When the unpacking is completed, the window closes. The mouse cursor changes to a short time "rotating". Then nothing happens!
The machine is completely new, it has little program, Windows Firewall has default settings.
What should I do to install the driver?

Hi,

Right-click the Start menu and select Run, then paste the following and press OK:

C:\LJPM11-M13_Full_Solution\HPSetup.exe

 

Now follow the installation screens.

i have downloaded the software for m12a but whenever I run the program after the extraction nothing shows up no installation steps no nothing what should i do????????

There are drivers available:
