Product: HP photosmart 5510
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Hi, my printer prints empty papers. I have new toners. I think i have locate the problem to my operation system which is Windows XP from 2003. When im in HP.com it says that there is no drivers to that operation system. Where can I found that if not in hp’s home page. Hope someone can help me.

@Robban1318 I'm afraid WinXP is no longer supported by HP as Microsoft has discontinued its support as well, I suggest you try the printer with another computer that supports windows 8 or higher, as the drivers for all other OS versions are available on the HP website: click here to review
