Hi,

 

I've tried to add entries by importing a CSV file. I can not restore Email Address Book on HP LaserJet 200 colorMFP M276n no matter what I try. I've tried small files and large files, I've check the formatting, I've checked for the presence of strange symbols... nothing.

Did you update the printer firmware and check if that helps?

If not, follow the below steps:-

Perform a power reset

  1. Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
  2. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
  3. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
  5. Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
  6. Turn on the printer.

Update the printer firmware

I've updated the firmware after switching the printer off for over one minute. I've restarted after the firmware update and still nothing. I can't be the only person with this issue. What use is this to a small business when it's one of it's main selling points?

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue..

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  2. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  3. Select the country.
  4. Enter the serial of your device.
  5. Select the country from the drop-down.
  6. Click on "Show Options".
  7. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
