HP Recommended

Set up the HPOJPro 9125e today. I can print through the HP App, but cannot print any other way. Printer is showing as connected in system settings, I have disconnected and reconnected it twice. Also restarted computer and printer twice. The printer is showing as connected, but CTRL+P dialog box does not show printer in list. Printer also shows as available from iphone, but when I send something to print it just says 'waiting'. Why can't I print any other way than using the app?

Hi @puddlejmpr 

You may need to restart printer system on Mac.
