Can't Find Envy 7640 Drivers for my Mac

I just had my Mac OS re-installed and lost all applications. I went to the HP site to find and re-install but when I put in the model, OS and version, it said not available (I know it works because I ran it before). I created a case in order to call Support. To my surprise, they would not direct me to where I could find the drivers.

I can't believe the shotty customer service on this. However, I need to get my printer installed. Can someone do what HP Customer Suport refused to do and provide a link or instructions on where I can grab the drivers for my HP Envy 7640 - Mac OS 10.14?

Follow HP Easy Start below to install the latest HP software and drivers for your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/Applications/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip

I installed the HP Envy 7640 Printer driver but now it's only printing colored prints.  I cannot afford colored prints.  I usually print Black & White prints unless it's absolutely necessary.  Plus my only print option for standard 8-1/2 x 11 inch paper is some card board paper, so it's not even printing on both sides even though I chose the option to print double-sided.  It's only printing on 1 side. Any ideas???
