Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to install a firmware update on my 5255 printer.  The date of the build is July, 2020 so I know my printer doesn't have it.  When I try and run it, it doesn't execute.  I end up with the screen below that says the printer is up to date.  I can't select it either.  What is the problem here?

Hi,

If your printer is connected to the wireless network and has auto-updates enabled, it is more than possible that it was already updated automatically and therefore it is already up to date indeed.

 

Please print a Printer Status Report and let me know the exact Firmware Version, this is listed on section 7:
