Hi everyone,
I have a user who I just provided with a new Windows 10 64-bit PC. She had 7 x64. She has a USB-connected LaserJet m451dn. This thing will NOT install no matter what I do! ARGH!
First I simply connected the printer and waited to see if it would just install itself. Nope. It did, however, show up as "Smart Install" I tried running that and it failed as well. I've subsequently downloaded both the full software installer and the basic drivers and tried them, all to no avail. HELP! PLEASE! Thanks!

Hi,
Make sure the printer is not connected to your PC, from the printer front panel select Setup > Service > HP Smart Install and disable the feature, then restart the printer.
Next, download and install its latest software below, be sure not to plug the USB till the installation asks to do so:
Please let me know of any problem,
