Product: HP ENVY 6445e

Hello! I can’t seem to get my HP Envy 6445e printer setup and working. I used the HP easy start app because my computer doesn’t have enough memory for the HP Smart app, and my wifi network cannot support my printer, so I’m doing the setup over a usb cord. The printer setup goes perfectly, but every time I go to print, there’s an error and the print never goes through. Help?
