Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015

Hello! I had issues with my printer and someone replied saying they sent me help with a private message. They said there should be an envelope near my name but there isn't. They even provided a direct link to the page but it said error, page not found when I clicked it. Does anyone know why my private messages aren't working? Please help if possible, I've been trying to get this printer to work for almost a week now! Thank you so much for reading!

The private message envelope is in the top right when you log in:

Go to your profile settings ( left mouse click on circle icon top right), check for the Preferences -> Private message.

There is no option for private messaging when I click on Preferences. For me, it goes from the Privacy tab straight to the Kudos tab. 😧

Nevermind!! I refreshed the page and it's there! Since I didn't have it there, am I still able to view messages sent before it was allowed?
