Can't Register Printer

Error Message: OW_4XX_OWSWS00001

I have setup my printer as instructed; it is connected to the internet and prints fine, however I am unable to finish registering it through HP Smart. This is frustrating because this step needs to be completed to order ink through the Instant Ink service. I have been trying to resolve this issue for a week, but nothing has changed. Please help me fix it as I need to order ink!

I understand you are getting this error on the HP Smart app. Have you tried reinstalling the HP Smart app?
