I have an HP 8715 Officejet Pro. Last night I saved files from the HP Smart app to google drive, today I can scan files, but I am unable to select where to save them. The box pops open to give me an option to save, but the screen remains blank and I can't select a location to save. I've uninstalled the HP smart app as well as the printer, cleared registry, restarted PC, & reinstalled but I get the same result. How do I fix this?

Try the HP Smart Reset procedure included later in this message.
Afterwards, try saving to other than Google Drive to test.
For example, select to save to a local folder on your device (computer, tablet, phone).
What else?
After you complete the Reset and possibly the uninstall / reinstall of the app,
If saving to a local folder works and Google Drive does not work,
Consider / Try
- Remove / Delete the HP Smart Shortcut for saving to Google Drive
- Restart the computer and log in
- Open HP Smart > Shortcuts > Create a new Shortcut to save content to Google Drive
Will that work?
The Save to local folder should be something you can get back.
I cannot answer for Google Drive.
