When attempting to scan from the printer using the WIA drivers in Acrobat, the image comes out stretched and distorted. It had been suggested to use the TWAIN drivers, but I can never get them to install properly. The system keeps coming up saying it cannot be found. This happens regardless of downloading the full driver package from HP. Even doing that, I get told I have to download the HP Smart app either from the Microsoft Store or HP's installer. How can I get the TWAIN driver installed properly, or get Acrobat to use the WIA driver properly?

Hello
Please download and install the driver via scanning (twain)
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/SJ0001/MFPs/Full_Webpack-63.8.6459-SJ0001_Full_We...
If you encounter any issues during the installation process, please do not hesitate to ask.
If the installation can be completed smoothly, please test the scanning through a general scanning software. Thank you.

I have already attempted this several times and it never works. When attempting to use the TWAIN driver, it tells me it can't find the device etc. Something isn't installing correctly even though it says it completes properly.

Hello
Please connect the printer and computer to the same network environment (under the same router or switch)
Please provide the IP address, subnet mask, and gateway of the printer and computer respectively, so that we can confirm the issue.
Thank you

The printer and computer are on the same network and always have been. The printer has a static address at 192.168.0.20 and the computer is DHCP from x.x.x.40 - 149. The computer can print, it can even scan using the WIA driver. It's when using the Acrobat to scan that it comes in stretched and distorted and I've been told to use the TWAIN driver, which I'm having trouble with.
