@Humpderhider, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Change Language Settings!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you're having trouble accessing the control panel to change the language on your HP Smart Tank 7600 series printer, try the following steps:

Change Language Settings

Check Control Panel Accessibility: Ensure that the control panel display is working correctly. If the display is blank or appears to be non-functional, try restarting the printer.

Power Reset:

  • Turn off the printer using the power button.
  • Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power source.
  • Wait for 60 seconds before plugging the power cord back in and turning on the printer.

Control Panel Options:

  • If your printer model includes a touchscreen control panel, follow the on-screen prompts to navigate to the language settings once the printer is on.
  • If the control panel is not responsive, ensure that the printer software is correctly installed and updated, as this might affect functionality.

Use HP Smart App

To change settings using the HP Smart app, you can do so by:

  1. Connecting your printer to a computer or mobile device using the HP Smart app.
  2. In the app, find the printer settings where you should be able to change language settings.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
