LaserJet M605

I have been moving a few printers around to different locations within my building.  They move to different VLAN's, so I factory reset these devices and let the DHCP assign new IP address.  Although the devices are working in their new location, I am now no longer able to log into the device remotely via the EWS.  Are there any settings that I need to configure?  I don't remember having this issue before.  I have done this for over a year without any problems.  The problem seems to be new.  I will say that my company recently upgraded to Aruba switches, but even after the upgrade, I didn't have this problem.  I'm wondering if factory reset is the problem, because this is a new process that we started due to issues with the device grabbing it's reserved IP.  This is so frustrating!!!!

This problem is occurring on multiple models M605, M506, M527.
