Product: HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer

I have just installed new genuine HP ink in my printer. A message came up on my PC saying that the printer software was out of date and that I should install new software. When I clicked on a link to do this a message came up saying 'Access Denied.

You don't have permission to access "http://support.hp.com/fr-en/drivers/selfservice/identify?" on this server.
