Can't add HP Office Jet Pro to computer

I've gone through all the help Apps and downloaded Windows and HP apps but still unable to add this HP  OJP 6978 to my computer.

1.Check Connections: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer. If you're using a USB connection, make sure the cable is securely plugged into both the printer and your computer's USB port. If you're using a wireless connection, make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.

2.Printer Setup: Verify that your HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 is set up correctly. Check the printer's display panel or user manual for any error messages or prompts that may indicate setup issues.

3.Drivers Installation: Make sure you have the correct drivers installed for your printer. Sometimes, Windows Update may automatically install basic drivers, but it's best to download and install the latest drivers from the HP website.

• Go to the HP Support website (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers) and enter your printer model (OfficeJet Pro 6978).
• Download the latest drivers for your printer compatible with Windows 10 (64-bit).
