Product: Laserjet Pro MFP 277n
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am unable to add device after printer driver software for laserjet Pro MFP 277n was  installed. Error message says "unable to configure software". Any thoughts ? I now am not connected to any of our HP network printers in the office.

I'd like to help!

 

To better assist -How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?

 

If wireless,

  1. What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  2.  I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  3. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home network or public network?
