I'd like to be able to share my printer features via the HP Smart app, but I am unable to get my printer to appear in my HP Smart account. On my PC, I signed into my HP Smart account on the HP Smart app, then successfully added my printer. Though the printer is added and working normally, it still says I have 0 registered devices in my HP Smart account. I followed a vague HP tutorial that insinuated adding the printer to HP Smart while logged in should add it to my account. What am I missing here?

Hi @NeteamSolutions,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

.

Could you please help me with the screenshots of the app, where you are getting errors?

And which OS, you are currently using?

Thanks very much for your response. The machine is Windows 11, using the HP Smart App from the Microsoft Store. There are no error messages presented. When I am signed into the app and add a printer device (which I did with no issue), I expected it to show up on my HP Account, so I can use it via your cloud services.  The printer is visible and working fine in my app on the machine where I added it, but I'd like to be able to print/scan from a different HP smart app on a different machine, Unfortunately, when signing into the HP Smart app with my HP Account, it still says I have 0 printers on my account.\

*There's not really anything to screenshot for you.

Hi @NeteamSolutions,

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue as it may need to be checked.
