Hi everyone,

 

I'm having an issue where I can easily add printers to the HP Smart app on my Mac, but for some reason, I can't add them to my HP account.

 

Here you can see how two printers have correctly been added to the app:

And here you can see how the two printers do not appear on my account:

I have tried to delete the printers from the app, removed the app from my computer, restarted the computer, factory reset the printers, and reinstalled them through the HP Smart app, but none of that worked.

 

Has anyone else out there experienced this, and if so, did you find a solution?
