LaserJet p1102w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

From the HP Smart app, I open the Printer Home Page (EWS). I can view all the current settings. But if I change a setting and click Apply, I get an error dialog box that states, "Can't open printer home or EWS page. This feature is not available."

This same problem occurs on TWO LaserJet p1102w printers in our household.

In the past, I was able to change settings through this user interface. Thank you for any suggestions! for getting it working again!

It's when I'm actually ON the Printer Home Page (opened from the HP Smart app by clicking on the Printer Home Page (EWS) menu item) that I can't save settings.

Inspired by your suggestion, I opened the Printer Home Page by typing in the IP address. There I see the very same tabs of settings ... but I CAN successfully apply changes. Whatever!

Anyway thanks for the info that makes it possible for me to change settings again.
