I have a deskjet 2645and when I printed out my first document, a message popped up on my laptop screen saying that I could claim a free ink cartridge because I had installed a genuine HP one into my printer. However, I've been unable to claim this reward for 2 reasons:
1) It couldn't connect to the internet, even though I was connected to my wireless router and was able to access other websites.
2) The link eventually opened but all it said on the screen was 'error' with a lot of type.
What can I do to claim my reward?

I have escalated your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options, if any.
You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding holidays & Weekends).
Response times may vary by region.

I bought an HP DeskJet 4675 a while back and continue to use only HP cartridges and although I get the message to thank me and say that I should claim my Reward, I can't seem to connect to the site to claim it.
I am connected to the Internet and have done everything possible. I need to order so please help.

I have the same problem, tried no fewer than 6 times to "claim my reward". I am told that it cannot connect to HP Rewards and when it does, it says that the link cannot be found. If I'm doing all this to receive some sort of coupon or $5 off off my next order for ridiculously overpriced toner, I'll take my chances with some third party toner provider.
