Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My parents recently purchased a DeskJet 4155e and I'm attempting to set it up remotely.  I can get through the setup until I land on the registration page.  It gets stuck on that.  I've removed everything associated with the new and old printer and tried to re-install.  I get stuck on the registration page again.  If I bypass the registration the printer doesn't work properly.  Any help is appreciated.

Do you refer to the HP Smart app or may to any other software solution?

 

for such an HP Plus printer, it must be set up and enrolled from within the HP Smart app, so if you may try configuring it using any other solution be sure to follow below steps to enroll and activate the printer through the HP Smart app:
