I'm struggling to get my printer working again.  For some reason, it stopped working and now neither my computer nor phone can find it. I've tried many different ways using HP website instructions, but can't get it to work!  Can anyone help?

Check Wi-Fi Connection:

  • If you're using Wi-Fi, ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or phone.
  • Access your printer's control panel or settings menu to view and confirm its Wi-Fi connection status.

Restart Your Router:

  • Sometimes, network issues can prevent your devices from recognizing the printer. Try restarting your Wi-Fi router or modem to see if that resolves the problem.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP support website and search for your printer model.
  • Download and install any available firmware updates for your printer. Firmware updates can often resolve connectivity issues and improve overall performance.

Reinstall Printer Drivers:
