Hi @Amber001 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've changed your Wi-Fi network or moved to a new location, you'll need to reconnect your HP DeskJet 3772 All-In-One Printer to the new Wi-Fi network. Here are steps to help you.

Check Wi-Fi Settings on Printer:

  • Ensure that your printer is turned on.
  • On the printer control panel, locate the Wi-Fi button or icon. Press it to access the Wi-Fi settings.

Connect to New Wi-Fi:

  • Navigate through the options to find the "Wireless Setup Wizard" or a similar option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to select your new Wi-Fi network and enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted.

Printer Software on Computer:

  • Make sure that the printer software is installed on your computer. If not, you may need to reinstall it.
  • Open the HP printer software on your computer.

Update Printer Connection:

  • Look for an option like "Connect a new printer" or "Add a printer."
  • Follow the prompts to update the printer connection. This may involve selecting your printer from a list or entering its IP address.

Printer IP Address:

  • You can find the printer's IP address by printing a network configuration page from the printer. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions.
  • Once you have the IP address, you can use it to connect the printer on your computer.

Troubleshoot Connection:

  • If you encounter issues, you may want to use the troubleshooting tools provided by the HP software or your operating system.
  • Check for any error messages or notifications that may provide more information about the issue.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your printer and your Wi-Fi router. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Visit the HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. Updating the firmware can sometimes improve compatibility and performance.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.-
