Hi @hemoed67

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you're having difficulty reconnecting your HP Smart Tank 7600 series printer to both your laptop and phone, even though it was previously working with both devices.

To help us better understand what may have changed, could you please let us know:

  • Is the printer currently connected to the same Wi-Fi network it was using before?
  • Do you see any wireless or error indicators on the printer display?
  • Have you already tried any troubleshooting steps, such as restarting the printer, router, laptop, or phone?
  • Is the printer appearing offline, or is it not being detected at all in the HP App?
  • Did the issue begin after any changes to your network, router, internet provider, or device updates?

In the meantime, you may try these basic checks:

  • Ensure the printer is powered on and showing a ready status.
  • Confirm that your laptop, phone, and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart the printer and your devices to refresh the connection.
  • Open the HP App and check whether the printer appears in the available devices list.
  • If you recently changed your Wi-Fi name or password, the printer may need to be reconnected to the network.

Once you share the details above, we'll be in a better position to understand the situation and guide you further.

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
