I have had problems lately with the Printer going offline. When I used the HP "assist", it said that I could not print (which I was able to do yesterday) because the printer was not "installed" in my wireless network. Long story shortened, I have followed the HP directions to turnoff all my security firewalls, and delete the original driver downloads so that I can reload it . When I tried to go to the HP Printer Install Wizard download page, I got the following error code: "h20180.www2.hp.com refused to connect." What am I being told and why, since I followed every lengthy step carefully over the last 4 hours???? I bought it on 9/3/19 and lost the "warranty" on 9/2/20. Any suggestions before I throw the printer and any further business with HP in the garbage? Thanks!
