I've just bought an HP Envy and installed the HP app which worked fine. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted it and I'm trying to download it again. On the mac store, which HP sends me to, it won't download as I think the one there is for mobi and ipad.

I can't now print in colour. Help please.

Hi Irwin, No, that didn't work. I've followed that link before to the app shop, and it doesn't allow me to download the file. There is a button that says 'open', but when I click it, I get a message saying the app can't be opened. My Mac is only one year old, so I know it is compatible as it worked with the smart app when I first set up the printer, which I followed the HP link to get.

I'm getting a bit desperate because I have some important colour pictures to print. Is there no way to download the Smart app directly from HP?
