HP Deskjet 2541 All-in-One Printer

I cannot find the web services tab to locate the page I need to print for the claim code. I tried pressing the button on the printer, but nothing happens.Screen Shot 2023-03-02 at 8.45.59 AM.png

Hi @acl360

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that you are facing issues with printing claim code.

Please refer to the instructions on this link to get the printer claim code.

  1. If you are prompted for additional credentials when accessing the printer homepage, check for a PIN on the printer UPC sticker or contact the printer administrator for the password.
  2. 1. On the credential prompt, enter admin (default) for the username.
  3. 2. Locate the PIN on the printer UPC sticker found on either the back of the printer or inside the cartridge access area, and then enter it.
  4. 3.If a PIN is not listed on the sticker or the sticker is missing, contact the printer administrator for the PIN or password.

  1. You can find the above steps below "Frequently asked questions (FAQs)" under "Where can I find the EWS username and password or PIN?" on this link.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
